Susan Minsk - Forging Strong Client Relationships as a Georgia Realtor

Susan Minsk is an established professional in the Dunwoody and Sandy Springs real estate community who works closely with both home purchasers and sellers. She draws on a combination of in-depth knowledge of her local market and an understanding of optimal pricing and home presentation strategies. Susan arranges complex transactions and takes pride in helping families, including first-time buyers, successfully navigate the homebuying process.

In addition to her real estate career, Susan has served since May as the Operations and Events Coordinator for The Sandwich Project, a nonprofit organization founded in 2020 to combat food insecurity across metro Atlanta. Through a network of dedicated volunteers, The Sandwich Project prepares and delivers fresh, homemade sandwiches to charities, shelters, and nonprofit partners serving individuals experiencing food insecurity. Since its inception, the organization has delivered more than 2.5 million sandwiches. In her role, Susan coordinates corporate volunteer events and partners daily with major financial institutions, hotel chains, and other large corporations to expand the organization's community impact.

Susan’s professional experience also includes sales and public relations. She previously served as PR coordinator with The Richmond Group and Turner Broadcasting. At Turner Broadcasting, she organized product launches, press conferences, and other high-profile media events while editing and writing content for employee newsletters, corporate publications, and shareholder reports.

As owner of Maggie’s Gourmet Cookies in Atlanta, Susan built the business through a strategy of referrals, repeat customers, and strong brand awareness. She has long been committed to community service, serving on committees such as Social Action and Second Helpings at her local temple, and has also worked as an account manager with the Atlanta Jewish Times.
